The firm achieved numerous personal injury verdicts and settlements ranging between $500,000 to $10,000,000.00.  Many settlements exceeded $1,000,000.00.

It has successfully represented both management and employees in disciplinary and labor matters in newsworthy cutting edge legal cases.

The Gompers firm also has performed services for unions including AFSCME, TWU, CASA and for public employee workers before the Civil Service, Merit Boards, SAM and arbitrations panel.  The firm regularly handles due process personal injury and civil rights matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
