Significant verdicts for the firm include a nearly $3 million dollar verdict in Asta v. Mastropieri, a nearly $1 million dollar verdict in Bruno vs. WB Saunders Co., 882 F.2d 760 (3d Cir. Pa. 1989), 493 U.S. 1062 (U.S. 1990) (cert. denied), and numerous seven figures and one $10,000,000.00 confidential settlement. On the defense side, we have successfully defended numerous matters to verdict in favor of the defense.
The firm also maintains a significant banking law practice representing banks, money order companies and other financial institutions.
