Verdicts

Significant verdicts for the firm include a nearly $3 million dollar verdict in Asta v. Mastropieri, a nearly $1 million dollar verdict in Bruno vs. WB Saunders Co., 882 F.2d 760 (3d Cir. Pa. 1989), 493 U.S. 1062 (U.S. 1990) (cert. denied), and numerous seven figures and one $10,000,000.00 confidential settlement. Unfortunately, many of these settlements are protected by confidentially agreements and cannot be described further.

On the defense side, we have successfully defended numerous matters to verdict in favor of the defense.

The firm also maintains a significant banking law practice representing banks, money order companies and other financial institutions.
